Spalding Toyfair

Last Sunday, the 14th, saw ourselves back at one of our favourite haunts, Spalding Toyfair at the Springfield Centre organised extremely efficiently once again by J & J Webb Fairs.

Well it was a toyfair that certainly didn't disappoint, we had a very successful day. Our new line in Pewter figurines proved very popular, take a look at the following link to see what I mean http://www.timewasshop.co.uk/FantasyFigures.htm

The only down side to the day was the fact that outside was a lovely sunny day, for the first time in months, and we were stuck inside the centre. But you have to take the rough with the smooth, especially on a good day like that.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up any items for my own collection, but there will be other days.

We're watching our doors at the moment for the imminent delivery of the next wave of Doctor Who poseables from Series 4 which features Davros and the Supreme Dalek. Keep an eye on the website at www.timewasshop.co.uk or visit us at the Buttermarket in Newark, Notts.

What No Toyfair!!!

Just for a change today we didn't do a toyfair instead we were at the NEC Autumn Trade Fair buying instead of selling!

We spent perhaps a wee bit too much, but then Christmas is coming and the Good Doctor will be back in town, along with Santa, as well.

Plenty of new Doctor Who toys will be making their way to Time Was... and http://www.timewasshop.co.uk/. Not too mention the arrival of Torchwood. I said not to mention Torchwood, but the figures of Captain Jack Harkness, Gwen Cooper, the Weevil and the Cyberwoman look terrific, check the website for pictures.
